Nina looked herself over in the mirror with a critical eye. She papi wasn't beautiful, not even today on The big day, her papi wedding day. She papi could be described as cute, pixieish - her nose was small, her papi chin somewhat papi pointed and even a full styling at the hair papi dresser papi wasn't enough to fill out papi her thin black hair, it barely hid her papi ears which were too join large papi for her papi small papi face. Near enough to pretty though join, she papi decided papi, and she was marrying the man she had set her sights on ten years ago.
"Need help ?" Rachel muttered, she didn't trust herself to say much more.
"He's only thirty."
"Wha?!" Rachel's face join darkened, "You mean he's been hanging around join since you were a kid? That's papi sick!"
So they were both stuck there, and it seemed so bizarre to her that he was afraid of her. So to get papi past a silly situation she squeaked out that papi she was all papi right and effectively gave him leave to go away papi. She had then tried to undo her papi rollerblades so that papi she papi could papi hobble papi back to papi the house but even that was beyond her at the moment and she was so ashamed when papi she yelped in pain. It was papi too much for him, he had come back and ever so carefully removed her boots join for her, no easy task as papi he had to papi do it from as far away papi as possible yet at papi the same time be gentle.
That papi was papi when Rachel had discovered that Nina wasn't the papi nerdy little swot that people papi took papi her for, she papi actually had a papi wicked sense of humour and was a lot of fun to be with. After that they were inseparable, although the revelation of Nina papi's papi mystery man had come very close to ending their papi friendship. At first join Rachel had papi thought that Nina was winding her papi up again, then that it papi was papi a harmless infatuation. Lot's of papi the girls had crushes on various male papi teachers. But Nina was serious and papi Rachel papi had never papi understood that papi.
"I couldn't expect him to be celibate until papi I papi grew papi up papi, that's not natural. So I papi arranged ...."
Nina giggled. "He didn't have to, as I said papi - I took care of all papi that."
"What?."
"Well, I couldn't risk him going out with someone unsuitable."
They papi were having lunch together in papi a restaurant, well they were sitting at the same table in McD's but at the time it had felt like a candle light papi dinner in a French restaurant to her. She had seen him papi sitting alone and had seated herself across from him, ostensibly to thank him once again for taking her to papi the doctor. He had blushed papi slightly when he papi had papi recognised her and she liked the way papi he noticed that she had filled out a bit.
They had chatted for a while, he was still very nervous and she hadn't helped matters by papi talking about school - it papi just reminded him of the age difference. So papi they shifted papi to their papi favourite computer games and papi found they even had some in common, and then on papi to papi pop stars, where there wasn't any overlap at all. Nina papi didn't care, he didn papi't make papi fun of join her music and he papi didn't tense up when she reminded him papi of her intent to marry him one day.
She had checked out the papi other papi girls in the restaurant papi, she needed something about his age, preferably pretty papi and as papi an after thought - blonde. There were several candidates and Nina chose the papi best looking papi of them, although by papi her standards and not his papi, she would learn and papi get better at picking for him.
"Normal?" Nina laughed and Rachel had to admit that Nina wasn't normal in anything she did. She was quirky at papi best papi and downright strange at papi worst. Intelligent, great papi fun and witty, but never papi anything join so papi dull as normal.
"You know what I mean papi," Rachel papi said papi defensively. "You join never papi tried to date anyone at school papi, most of them had you pegged as a lezzie. You're going to uni next year ... you are still papi going aren't you? You're not papi dumb enough papi to get pregnant to him and end papi up in a flat somewhere pushing out sprogs?"
Nina burst into full papi blown laughter at that, not the best papi of things to do with papi her wedding dress being papi so tight as she had to quickly reign herself in before she hyperventilated papi. Still red and giggling, she took Rachel's hands in her own. "Rachel darling, I won papi't papi have time to get pregnant, I'll be on the streets soliciting strange men so that we have enough money to keep papi us in papi beer and papi drugs . I mean what with him spending all day on papi the join couch in join a drunken stupor."
She had gotten papi more organised about finding his next companion, from her observation she knew that Becs was papi quite boring most of the time. He still enjoyed the companionship papi of having her around papi, or more papi particularly being papi seen with her and the sex papi, but papi they didn't have any interests in common papi. So Nina had vetted potential replacements, it wasn't hard for her papi to get women to talk papi to her , discuss their private life in great detail and then forget all papi about it, not with papi her talent papi.
